This week our new business development director, Davide Castorina, had the honour to teach a masterclass on our work with social enterprises at the prestigious graduate business school IÉSEG School of Management in Lille.
The master’s students were given an overview of many aspects of social enterprise sales during Davide’s presentation titled “How to change consumers behaviours in emerging markets”.
Speaking from his extensive in-field and strategic management experience, Davide touched on operational differences between social enterprises operating in mature versus emerging markets before making the case for our human-centred DQ Sales® approach.
Using a business case in West Africa, the students could see at first hand how sustainable behaviour changes – as well as substantial sales increases – can be achieved with Whitten & Roy Partnership’s sales strategies and techniques.
To round off the lecture, Davide put the students’ understanding to the test with an on-the-spot assignment that involved the generation of customer retention ideas in rural developing world locations.
