Sales Team Meetings

Whether you meet once a day or once a week, running a fresh, powerful, effective Sales Team Meeting is an art and a science.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • Keep an eye on your team's attitude. If someone is Below-the-Line, do not let the meeting continue with them in that state. Invite them to own up to it and either excuse them to take five minutes and elevate their attitude or take the team through the simple exercise to get everyone Above-the-Line before proceeding. A few minutes spent doing this generates an effective rest of the meeting.

  • Spread the teaching around, but make sure people are ready to lead well and review what they are going to train the team on.

  • Keep the structure the same, but the individual pieces different and interesting.

Here's a guide to help you plan and conduct superb Sales Team Meetings.
