Our cofounders have over 90 collective years of business leadership experience and extensive training backgrounds which lay the foundation for our methodologies and approaches to consultation, training, and transformation. Since 2009, they have built a team that has completed over 400 client transformation projects across 51 countries with a team of consultants who collectively speak over 35 languages. WRP Commercial serves B2B companies in the US and UK, while WRP Social Impact serves social enterprises and NGOs in Africa and Asia.
Leadership Team
Scott Roy
Scott is an expert in the art of selling and sales management. Beyond mastery of skills and practices, his unique aptitude is in understanding the role of attitude in sales performance and how to shift it to generate optimal results.
He started his career as a traditionally trained, 100% commissioned salesperson and quickly began building, leading and managing large sales teams and organizations. After serving as a national sales manager and director of sales training for a national insurance company, Scott joined with two partners and founded a new insurance company, growing it nationwide to a $120 million company.
Scott has served as CEO of a non-profit international training organization and performed consulting services in the non-profit sector in addition to establishing himself as a business consultant with diverse skills in sales, organizational management and leadership.
Briggy Kiddle
Briggy is the Head of Delivery for WRP, responsible for the quality of our world-wide delivery of our methodology through more than 40 consultants. This includes staying in close support of our team by managing and leading the training, coaching, and development of all WRP consultants through the WRP Academy. She is a peak performance coach and trainer who works in Sales, Education, Sports, and Governments. Her reach is world wide and she loves to transform lives. She speaks fluent German and English. Briggy lives in remote Northumberland, England, and she loves meditating, walking, cycling, and stargazing.
Roy Whitten
Roy is an expert in attitude and its role in human performance. His formal education includes training in sales, sales management, psychology, theology, and business development. In 2004, he earned a doctorate for his work in Transformative Learning and Change. His extensive experience in both the for-profit sector (from small business to multi-national companies) and the non-profit world (schools, arts, human development) includes direct sales, sales management, strategic planning, marketing, executive leadership, board directorship, and the design and delivery of performance training.
As CEO and Director of Sales for the human development organization he co-founded, he supervised the work of thousands of salespeople and managers. In over 40 years as a trainer, consultant and coach, he has personally coached and trained over 100,000 people internationally.
Nick Kingesley-Johnson
Nick is WRP’s Head of Business Development, with over 20 years experience in direct sales and leading high-performance sales teams. His selling career centred on selling managed telecoms and networked IT services, both in the UK and globally. With experience in leading large complex sales deals and developing large corporate accounts, he is an expert in sales strategy, account and deal planning, and developing sales leaders. At WRP, he provides strategic inputs to expand our work, and he coaches and mentors the sales team. He also continues delivering projects in key sectors: renewable energies; professional services; education; healthcare; financial inclusion; agriculture; and manufacturing.
Jessica Gustafson
Jessica joined the WRP team in 2014, and she is responsible for the organization and management of all day-to-day operations, including project management, coordination of consultants & resources, contracting, finance, and the processes & programs used by our team. As COO, Jessica strives to keep our organization as streamlined and efficient as possible in order to free our team to maximize their time working with our clients.
Jessica received her BA and MA from Stanford University and has developed expertise throughout her career in organizational management, project management, training delivery, finance, and operational leadership. She works closely with Scott and the leadership team to set organizational strategy and aims, and she focuses on the implementation of the detailed, day-to-day steps required to create results within WRP and for our clients. She is based in California.
Tyler Roy
Tyler is Whitten & Roy Partnership’s General Counsel, a Senior Consultant, and a former Field Coach. His projects primarily focus on agriculture technology, water & sanitation, insurance, and energy in Africa and Southeast Asia. As a field consultant, he was last stationed in Myanmar, where he coached and trained an organization's extension officers in the Ayeyarwady Delta. Prior to joining WRP, Tyler sold insurance door-to-door with Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America. Tyler is an avid bagpiper, traveler, and legal scholar. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Tennessee.
Our Consultants
Alexandre Ngalle
Alexandre first joined WRP as a Field Coach and has worked with several WRP clients throughout Africa, conducting diagnostic, training, and coaching activities for managers and their sales teams. Alexandre was born in Cameroon and has earned advanced degrees in Business Law and Management and Business Consulting. He is passionate about learning and working in a variety of languages and speaks French, English, Italian, German, and various African languages including Lingala, Kiswahili, and the four main languages of Cameroon. When he’s not working alongside WRP clients in the field, Alexandre is based in Italy.
Audrey Elder
Audrey is a coach, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years’ experience in leadership development. She worked as an Operations Manager within the financial services industry, managing a very large team of advisors before deciding to set up her own coaching business nearly 10 years ago. She has worked with front line managers supporting them to be effective leaders in their field. Audrey joined WRP in 2016 and is an expert in attitudinal thinking, supporting others to bring their best selves forward in all aspects of their lives. Audrey lives just outside London and is a keen hot yoga enthusiast who loves traveling and learning about life.
Clemency Phiri
Clemency joined WRP in 2021 with a passion to continue his work transforming sales and management teams while also creating impact in the lives of people living and working around the world. He started his sales journey in banking before deepening his sales and management experience with an agricultural social business in Zambia, specializing in door-to-door selling, sales management, and transformational sales training. His work with WRP has already spanned six countries in Africa, including discovery, training, and field coaching. He is based in Zambia.
Jes Carey
Jessica started her journey with WRP in 2014 as a field coach and has expanded her focus to project management, training, coaching, and design for projects throughout East and West Africa. She has worked and volunteered internationally for over 18 years in direct sales, leadership, and consulting in both corporate sales roles and in the developing world with a focus in renewable energy, sanitation, solar, and farming. She has a passion for strategic thinking and regenerating the planet through holistic projects that engage communities towards circular economies to improve livelihoods. She is currently living on the coast of Kenya.
Jonathan Turigye
Jonathan has over 20 years of work experience in direct sales and sales management, working with several companies in the telecoms and solar sectors. He has also ventured into the areas of human resource and talent management throughout his career. He has a passion for supporting others in their career development and has extensive experience as a sales and customer service coach. Jonathan is currently based in Uganda.
Parmi Aryal
Parmi has worked with WRP since 2022. He brings his sales and management experience to transform social enterprises and organizations, after starting his career with the Southwestern Company running his own business selling books door-to-door. Parmi has since worked in Asia, Africa, North America, and the Middle East in startups and corporate institutions. He enjoys working at a strategic level while collaborating and training clients to help align them with their bigger vision. He is currently on an assignment in India.
Timbs Jones
Timbs is a sales, marketing, and consulting professional with over 40 years of experience developing and working with clients across the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. He has extensive experience in selling and sales management in both B2C and B2B industries. Timbs began working with WRP in 2018, starting as a coach who emphasizes the high value and transformative nature of the WRP methods and processes. Timbs’ greatest desire is to assist people in achieving their best possible attitude and outcome for life and career. He is based in Tennessee.
Angel Nanyonjo
Angel has been with WRP since 2021, working as a field coach in East Africa. She is a professional trainer with vast experience in sales, training, and coaching. She has worked in the renewable energy sector since 2014 selling solar and cooking solutions as well as coaching sales reps and managers to succeed in sales. Angel is very passionate about sales and personal development. She enjoys empowering female entrepreneurs to achieve their personal and business goals. She is currently based in Uganda.
Benjamin Klemm
Ben joined WRP in 2018 as a Field Coach and has since worked across a variety of sectors in multiple countries across Africa in various roles, including consulting, training, sales, and operations. These experiences have contributed to his holistic view of business and development, learning to look deeply at companies' current strategies and data, spreading across different parts of businesses to diagnose challenges and blocks. Ben values using data and WRP methods to build creative solutions and work with different teams, challenging businesses to think creatively and transform. Driving impactful solutions is his main objective, especially in sectors that can transform a region by creating clean living, renewable energy, jobs, and behavior change.
Dominique Ake
Dominique started as a Field Coach with WRP in 2019, and he is a marketing engineer with a Management degree from the National University of Abidjan. He has extensive experience in sales and coaching, and he has worked with companies across multiple sectors including agriculture and solar energy, primarily in Western Africa. Dominique is based in Cote d’Ivoire, and he speaks both French and English and enjoys meditation, reading, and judo.
Jessica Shayo
Jessica is a management professional with a focus on business development and training. She is passionate about business transformation through a human-centered design approach. Her experience is in sales, management, training, and business development consulting, and she has worked in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Zambia and Mozambique. She joined WRP in 2020 as a trainer and coach, and is currently based in Tanzania.
Karen Genzink
Karen has worked with dozens of social enterprises and organizations across Southeast Asia, Africa, and North America, helping leaders transform their teams and organizations. Her specialties include diagnostic work, designing and modeling business solutions, transformational training delivery, management and coaching, and scaling businesses. She loves jumping into challenging and complex situations and collaborating with clients to strategize and implement transformational change. Karen has been consulting with WRP clients since 2012. She lived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for 10 years and is currently based in Denver, Colorado.
Pie-Pacifique Kabalira-Uwase
Pie-Pacifique is a Senior Consultant at WRP with a special focus on business leadership and development. With a degree in Physics and several years in the financial services sector, he transitioned into sales as an Account Executive for a top training and business development company in South Africa where he initiated and managed projects benefiting hundreds in corporate leadership, touched thousands in marginalized communities, and empowered hundreds of community based micro-enterprises. Pie-Pacifique has worked with WRP clients in 18 countries across Africa and Southeast Asia, is fluent in French and Kinyarwanda, and resides in South Africa.
Will Kidd
Will has broad experience in sales and sales training, and he has been with WRP since 2014. Will is a trainer and coach, delivering work for clients in Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Tanzania. His own sales experiences range from traditional door-to-door selling to a 5-year stint as a host on a home shopping channel. He runs an asset liquidation company when he is not globe-trotting for WRP. Will has known Scott and Roy for decades and loves how WRP combines transformational attitude skills with sales processes that result in happier sellers and customers along with better business results. He is based in Tennessee.
Anna Lewis
Anna Lewis is a visual artist with an extensive background in sales. She was a top-performing individual producer in sales with the Southwestern Company in 2012 selling door-to-door, recruiting, and managing teams. She then transitioned into the gallery world, selling high-end art as an art consultant and assistant director. Her desire to help others follow a successful path and live more mindfully led Anna to join WRP in 2017 as a Field Coach. She has worked with clients in Southeast Asia and Africa, helping embed selling skills, management practices, transformational training, and leadership.
Carol Ronan
Carole began her career in corporate consumer marketing and retail sales in the UK, spending more than 10 years working with large, multi-national consumer brands. She then built her own retail fashion chain that she sold to Timberland International after 14 years. Now, Carole works with WRP as a trainer and coach, including supporting the development of new consultants within the WRP Academy. She is passionate about developing others and recently spent several months in Ghana helping establish two vocational training institutes. Carole empowers the growth of entrepreneurs in emerging markets and aims to help companies achieve a healthy internal balance between staff welfare, cost efficiencies, profitability, and growth.
John Chhay
John has been in sales for over 16 years in the US, Canada, and Cambodia. He was a top-performing individual producer with Southwestern Company, became a sales manager empowering the work of sales teams, and, since 2012, has worked with WRP. For over five years, John was the National Sales Manager for Lors Thmey, an award-winning agricultural social enterprise, which is one of Cambodia’s largest direct sales organizations. He directed its growth with innovative approaches to market, recruiting and developing new sales people, and leading his sales managers to build a successful sales organization. John is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Loeng Nob
Nob has been a Field Coach with WRP since 2021, working with multiple organizations in Cambodia, particularly in the WASH sector. His most recent experience includes supporting sales managers and agents in the field, selling products including latrines, water filters, and other sanitation solutions. Nob is also experienced in conducting real-time market testing for WRP, working door-to-door to interview customers and collect data on viability of new products, pricing, and other market variables. His research experience also extends to projects in the areas of gender in agriculture, climate change, value chain, social impact, and other monitoring and evaulation projects.
Sovannara Moch
Sovannara began her work as a Field Coach with WRP in 2021, working in the WASH sector in Cambodia and supporting the implementation of sales and sales management skills into local field teams. She has many years of experience leading social service teams and delivering training, coaching, mentoring, and counseling. In 2005, Sovannara began her journey with various international organizations to equip anti-human trafficking NGOs, government, and business partners in the areas of interpersonal skills, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care for survivors and staff. She has a strong desire to develop leaders and coach individuals to reach their highest potential in work performance and life.
